Let’s see, I’ve been in Portland now for a little over three months and I am still giddy each morning, knowing that this is now my home. Truly. A lot has been going on. I’ve been auditioning quite a bit, which has been wonderful. Well, it’s always a bit nerve-wracking(you know, being a necessary evil and everything), but having new opportunities is exciting and something I am very thankful for.

Speaking of being thankful…I booked some amazing voice over work! Unfortunately, I can’t talk much about it in detail(signed confidentiality contracts and all that good stuff), but I will say it is a big deal and I am so happy to have gotten the opportunity/door opened on this one! It was quite a challenge, but I loved every minute. The project will not be released until Winter 2011. I would love to do more of this and hopefully having booked this work will get me in some more VO doors. Here is a clip of some animated VO work I did in LA, a few years ago:
